INSPERA Awards 2026
Theme: Honoring Excellence in Information Technology and Innovation

The INSPERA Award is a prestigious recognition celebrating exceptional contributions in the field of Information Technology, research, and innovation. It honors visionary leaders, pioneering professionals, researchers, and organizations who have demonstrated excellence through technological innovation, strategic thinking, and societal impact. Instituted to inspire and reward groundbreaking achievements, the INSPERA Award spans across key domains such as IT leadership, infrastructure architecture, cybersecurity, data science, AI & machine learning, cloud computing, entrepreneurship, and research. Special categories also promote diversity and inclusion by recognizing young researchers and outstanding women in technology. Each award category reflects a commitment to digital transformation, innovation, and excellence that is shaping the future of the tech world.

This distinguished initiative is organized in association and collaboration with the First International Conference on Computational Intelligence and Soft Computing (CISCom 2026) at Melaka, Malaysia during 26-27 November.

Award Categories

  1. Excellence in Information Technology Award
    This award honors individuals or organizations demonstrating outstanding achievements in the field of Information Technology. It recognizes innovation, dedication, and impact in implementing cutting-edge IT solutions that drive digital transformation and efficiency. The recipient exemplifies excellence through strategic thinking, technology adoption, and measurable results in business or societal applications.
  2.  IT Visionary Leadership Award
    Awarded to a forward-thinking leader who has shaped the future of technology through visionary leadership in IT. The honoree demonstrates exceptional influence in driving innovation, fostering talent, and enabling sustainable technological growth. This leader inspires teams, steers digital strategy, and sets benchmarks for excellence across the IT landscape.
  3.  Best IT Infrastructure Architect Award
    This award celebrates an architect whose exceptional design and implementation of IT infrastructure have enabled scalable, secure, and reliable environments. It recognizes technical expertise, innovation, and strategic alignment with business goals. The recipient has demonstrated excellence in building robust frameworks for enterprise systems, cloud platforms, or hybrid solutions.
  4.  Cybersecurity Excellence Award
    This award acknowledges individuals or teams who have made significant contributions to securing digital environments. Recognized for advanced defense strategies, innovation in threat detection, and proactive risk management, the recipient demonstrates leadership in safeguarding data and systems, enhancing cyber resilience, and promoting security best practices within the IT industry.
  5.  Data Science and Analytics Champion
    Presented to an individual or team that has showcased outstanding innovation and impact through data science and analytics. This award honors excellence in deriving actionable insights, optimizing decisions, and delivering measurable business or research value through data-driven strategies, machine learning, and intelligent analytics platforms.
  6.  AI & Machine Learning Excellence Award
    This award honors individuals or teams who have demonstrated groundbreaking work in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. Recognizing innovation, practical application, and societal impact, the recipient has contributed to advancing AI technologies and transforming industries through intelligent systems, automation, and data-driven innovation.
  7.  Cloud Computing Innovator Award
    This award recognizes pioneers in cloud computing who have architected, deployed, or scaled transformative cloud solutions. Honorees demonstrate technical leadership, innovative thinking, and a strong impact on scalability, cost efficiency, and digital agility. The award celebrates contributions to advancing cloud-native technologies and infrastructure.
  8.  Women in Tech Excellence Award
    This award celebrates the exceptional achievements of women who have made a significant impact in the technology field. It recognizes leadership, innovation, mentorship, and dedication to empowering others. The recipient serves as a role model and inspires the next generation of women in tech.
  9.  Young Researcher Award
    To the research scholars, academicians and professionals from industries for their research work published in any International Journals or Conferences, having age not more than 35.
  10. Best Researcher Award
    To the research scholars, academicians and professionals from industries for their research work published in any International Journals or Conferences.
  11.  Best Innovation Award
    For the best innovation in the field of science and technology.
  12. Best Entrepreneur Award
    Award to the entrepreneur of the year.

Award Selection Process

  1. Nomination Phase
    Eligibility: Individuals, teams, institutions, and organizations demonstrating outstanding contributions in research, innovation, leadership, or social impact are eligible.
    Nomination Submission: Nominations may be submitted by self, peers, academic institutions, or industry organizations via the online form.

    Curriculum Vitae / Institutional Profile
    Summary of Achievements
    Evidence of Impact (publications, patents, projects, citations, awards, community service, etc.)
  2.  Screening & Shortlisting
    The INSPERA committee conducts an initial screening to ensure that all submitted nominations meet the eligibility criteria and are complete. Shortlisted entries are forwarded to the Selection Committee for detailed evaluation. The selection committee comprises of advisory chair, Program chair, Technical Program chair and Organizing Chair of CISCom 2025.
  3.  Evaluation Criteria
    Each nomination is assessed based on:
    Innovation & Originality
    Leadership & Influence
    Impact on Society / Industry / Academia
    Sustainability & Long-Term Contribution
    Collaborations & Mentorship
    Publications, Patents, and Recognitions (if applicable)
  4. Expert Review Panel
    The expert review panel comprises of advisory chair, Program chair, Technical Program chair and Organizing Chair of CISCom 2026. Each nomination is scored against a rubric to ensure fairness and objectivity.
  5. Final Selection
    Scores and feedback are consolidated, and top-scoring candidates in each category are selected for awards.
    In cases of ties or special circumstances, the organizing committee may recommend Honorary Mentions or Special Jury Awards.
  6.  Announcement and Recognition
    Winners are formally announced during the INSPERA Award Ceremony, held in conjunction with the First International Conference on Computational Intelligence and Soft Computing
    (CISCom 2025). Awards include a Trophy, Certificate of Excellence, and media coverage.
  7. Post-Award Engagement
    Awardees may be invited to contribute keynote talks, workshops, or collaborative research discussions.
    Opportunities for involvement in mentoring, editorial boards, and future conference panels are extended to laureates

Nomination and Evaluation

  1. Each applicant would be required to fill in a self-nomination form and send it to us by 30th September, 2026.
  2. The nominees in each category will be presented to the final jury for determination of winners.
  3. Registration fees is only payable once the applicant is shortlisted and he receives the formal shortlisting mail from us.
  4. Any organization/individual from education/allied sector can apply. Each applicant can apply for one or multiple categories. In such case, for each category separate form has to be filled and applied as given below.
  5. In the case where an applicant is shortlisted for more than one awards, then in such case applicant need to pay one full registration fees and for the subsequent award 50% discount will be applicable on the registration fees.
  6. Information received will be treated confidential and not used for any purpose except for determining the winner of the awards.
  7. Incomplete questionnaire in any manner will disqualify a participant from participating in the awards.
  8. Right to permit participation is reserved with the Awards management.
  9. The registered shortlisted candidate list with their photo and brief profile will be put on our CISCom 2025 website under award section after 15 October.

  • For Indian/SAARC countries participant applying for award the same equivalent amount will be converted to INR with tax and can be paid via Razorpay Link given on registration Tab or as given above.   • The award will be given during the CIScom 2025 conference by SciVate Research one of the co-organizer of the CISCom 2025 event along with Bangalore Integrated Management Academy (BIMA), Bangalore, India, UTem, Melaka, Malaysia, Poornima University, Jaipur, India, IcfaiTech, The ICFAI University, Jaipur, India.
