Important Instructions for Paper Submission

1. Authors are invited to submit full-length original research contributions and review articles between 7 to 15 pages in length, written in English.  The minimum page length for the manuscript is 7 and maximum page length is 15. There is no additional page charge beyond 15 pages for this conference, however we recommend to limit your paper within 15 pages, as it should not delay review process.

2. Please note that you are required to select one of the following proceedings for the submission of your paper for publication

       1. Springer “Communications in Computer and Information Science (CCIS)” series
                                  or
       2. MDPI “Computer Science and Mathematics Forum Journal”.

Based on the selection of your submission you are requested to strictly use the Template given above to prepare your paper.

3. In CMT submission portal we have created  the dedicated Track for Springer publication and MDPI Publication. You are requested to choose any one of the track accordingly for your submission based on your choice. Please note there is no additional APC required for publication in the above mentioned MDPI Journal. The registration fees covers the APC charge of this MDPI Journal.

4. The manuscript should not have been published in any journals/magazines or conference proceedings and should not be under review in any of them. Please refer to the call for papers tab for detailed paper tracks theme and review process.

5. A dedicated track is created in CMT for submission of paper in each special session.  Special Session organizers are requested to communicate the same to their authors while doing publicity for their session. . Please refer to the call for special session papers tab for detailed special session paper tracks.

6. The accepted similarity percentage for this conference is 15% (excluding references/bibliography and all other sources). If any paper is found to have a high similarity index, then the accepted limit mentioned above will be outright rejected without sending it out for review. Also, if the paper is found to be plagiarized at any stage during or after publication, it will be retracted immediately.
