It is our great pleasure to welcome you to the Third International Conference on Computational Intelligence and Soft Computing (CISCom 2027). The conference will be hosted at Department of Cybersecurity Program, Lasell University, Massachusetts, United States of America (USA) in Hybrid mode from 14-16 October 2027. CISCom 2027  event will bring together leading researchers, engineers, technocrats, and practitioners from around the world to share their knowledge and expertise. The 2nd edition of CISCom was held in University of Malta, Msidia, Malta (Europe) from October 14–16, 2026, and was a grand success, attracting over 150 delegates from government, private, and academic organizations worldwide. CISCom 2026 received 538 submissions from researchers across the globe of which 126 papers were desk rejected and 412 papers were sent out for review. Each submission underwent a rigorous peer-review process. Following a thorough evaluation, 135 papers were accepted and presented for publication in Springer CCIS proceeding, resulting in an acceptance rate of of approximately 25%. The submissions were diverse, representing authors from more than 22 countries. Notable regions included the USA, Europe, the UK, Canada, Australia, the Asia-Pacific, and the Middle East. In 2027, we anticipate an even larger participation, with a projected attendance of over 200 delegates . CISCom 2027 will feature a broad spectrum of activities, including technical sessions across multiple tracks, keynote and plenary sessions, invited talks, special sessions, student design competitions, industry sessions, exhibits, awards, hackathons, and networking events. Additional highlights include Ph.D. initiative activities, and start-up initiatives.
